Summary

We refurbished and restored this house of complex geometry.

As the main intervention, we communicated both existing floors by means of a new staircase, which blends in with the volumetry, being one more piece added to its irregular facade.

It gives a new air to the old house both inside and in all its exterior spaces, including an outbuilding that was formerly used as a cistern.
It also takes advantage of the pre-existing structures incorporating a new floor in the tower that gives rise to an intimate space for relaxation and reading next to the bedroom.
